1. Overview
This policy applies to all payments made to Dravya Roots Pvt Ltd in connection with the London Slush Retail Partner Programme and Master Distributor Programme.
2. Retail Partner Joining Fee (₹2,00,000)
The joining fee is converted entirely into pre-paid slush inventory upon onboarding
Once inventory dispatch has been initiated, the joining fee is non-refundable
Cancellation requests made before inventory dispatch will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Dravya Roots Pvt Ltd
Any approved refund in such cases may be subject to an administrative processing fee
3. Master Distributor Investment
Payments made towards the Master Distributor Programme are non-refundable once the Distributor Agreement has been executed and onboarding has commenced
Cancellation requests prior to agreement execution will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Dravya Roots Pvt Ltd
No refund is guaranteed and any decision made by Dravya Roots Pvt Ltd in this regard shall be final
4. Inventory & Product Orders
Slush concentrate orders placed and dispatched are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is demonstrably defective or damaged in transit
Claims for damaged or defective goods must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
Approved claims will be resolved by replacement or credit note at the discretion of Dravya Roots Pvt Ltd

6. No Guarantee of Outcome
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. All decisions are made at the sole discretion of Dravya Roots Pvt Ltd and are final.
